Our Story
Growing up in East Windsor, Connecticut, Alex learned the value of hard work early. From working tobacco fields as a teenager to gaining experience throughout the construction industry, every job helped shape the builder he is today.
After moving to New Hampshire in search of new opportunities, Alex managed a stone yard for four years before returning to construction. In 2021, he took a leap of faith and founded AGH Custom Built.
Construction runs in the family. Alex's father spent more than 35 years as a Union Ironworker, instilling the work ethic and pride that continue to drive the business today.
Today, Alex & his wife are raising two young boys while building a company that reflects their family values. His goal isn't just to build beautiful homes—it's to create a business that can be passed down to the next generation.
